Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes! Our specialists are often in demand, which means we work on an appointment basis. Once a referral letter – from your GP or another specialist – has been submitted, we’d love to arrange an appointment.
Please note: Without the referral form, patients will not be able to claim their Medicare rebate.
How much is the cost of a consultation?
Our specialists operate independently, meaning they set their own fees and cancellation policies. We’ll always be transparent when it comes to costs, with our team responsible for outlining fees upon booking. We politely ask for the full amount to be paid on the day of your consultation.
Please note: Medicare rebates will only partly cover fees for specialist appointments. We are happy to process this claim for you, with the rebate expected to land in your account within 48 hours.
I don’t have Medicare can I still see a doctor?
Absolutely! We welcome everybody through our doors, however, you will have to settle consultations privately. Depending on your specific health insurance, some patients may be eligible for a partial refund, such as international students.
